Woopsies

Well, when we were getting onto the tube accidentally pushed a man onto the rails and well, he got run over. Strangely he somehow survived but lets just say he'll never be the same again... Any way I've got to go back to my prison cell now. Hilda and John jnr are staying at Mary's and luckily me and John are in the same prison - cheerio! Jill

In trouble with the law

What an eventful afternoon! We arrived at the science museum and of course they had to search our bags. John forgot that he had his penknife in his bag so the security guard took it away because they thought John was going to wreck the exhibits or something but he wouldn't - he's very mellow... Well at least thats what I thought until today! He shouted at the security guard saying they shouldn't have taken it away and they were stupid so and so's! He even swore in front of Hilda and junior! We all had a bit of a sob and John was arrested and fined! We won't see him for a week and he's in prison for a week until he goes to court. It's all so terrible but the higginbottoms always get out of trouble - we'll find an explanation! Lol Jillxx

Museum tour

Just left the natural history museum , hilda spent ages noting down facts about the various stuffed birds and John just loved the dinosaurs. John junior really can't wait until we get to the science museum - science is his favourite subject at school except he is home schooled because he didn't fit in at his old school - he just hates to socially interact. John jr thinks he might want to work in a museum later. The cafe there was brilliant ; I had a lovely tofu salad. Going to buy everyone gifts from the gift shop! Jillxx

Thank goodness

We found John jnr with his foot in a rabbit hole -typical! It was getting dark and we were getting worried! Going to London tomorrow so we can visit all of the big museums! We're taking the train and john's so excited - he just loves to train spot. It will also be a good chance for Hilda to get ahead on her book she's reading. John junior wanted to practice for his grade 5 bassoon exam but i told him that he couldn't - as usual we booked the quiet carridge as Hilda hates too much noise; it reminds her of discos and parties, she just can't stand them! Trip to Wales

John and I decided to take a walk in Wales but the children insisted on coming, they just love long walks! Hilda brought her encyclopaedia of birds and saw a jackdaw! John junior got a bit muddy when he tripped over a rock and fell on a sheep but never worry - persil says dirt is good! We ate at a lovely country pub and I had pigeon and it was delicious. Of course John , forgetful as usual, forgot his wallet! We had to drive back to get it but we left John junior behind! Hes wandered off somewhere and we still can't find him! Fingers crossed We'll find him! Wish us luck, Jillxx
